I HAVE A 1993 KAWASAKI ZX-11, VIN [XXX], WITH A 6 SPEED TRANSMISSION AND 27,824 MILES ON BIKE. I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH 2ND GEAR, ESPECIALLY AT SLOWER SPEED AND UNDER ACCELERATION. I CAN BE GOING ANYWHERE FROM 15 TO 45 MPH AND WHEN I ACCELERATE THE BIKE SPUTTERS AND KICKS. I HAD IT TO A DEALER AND THEY CHANGED THE SPROCKETS AND CHAINS THINKING THAT WAS THE PROBLEM, BUT IT DID NOT FIX IT. IT IS DANGEROUS WHEN EXITING A TURN SINCE YOU NEVER KNOW IF THE GEAR WILL CATCH. I'VE HAD A FEW INSTANCES WHEN IT FINALLY CATCHES IT ALMOST TOOK ME OFF THE ROAD. …
