DT*: THE CONTACT STATED WHILE DRIVING AT VARIOUS SPEEDS, THE VEHICLE'S SPEEDOMETER WAS INACCURATE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHO DETERMINED THE SPEEDOMETER WAS 15 MPH OFF. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED BY THE DEALER AND A NEW SPEEDOMETER SENT TO THE DEALER WHO REPLACED THE DEFECTIVE PART, BUT THE PROBLEM PERSISTED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED AND DETERMINED THAT THE VEHICLE'S SPEEDOMETER WAS MANUFACTURED TO DISPLAY 10% ABOVE THE ACTUAL SPEED. THE VEHICLE WAS A VL2000 CLASSIC LT. UPDATED 09/13/06. *JB
