TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 KAWASAKI VN1500N7F. WHILE DRIVING THE VEHICLE, THE SPEEDOMETER INDICATED 65 MPH. HOWEVER, ACCORDING TO ANOTHER DRIVER, THE VEHICLE WAS ONLY TRAVELING 55 MPH. THE KAWASAKI DEALER STATED THAT THE SPEEDOMETER ARRIVES FROM THE MANUFACTURER REGISTERING 10-15 MPH BELOW THE ACTUAL SPEED OF THE VEHICLE. THE PURCHASE DATE WAS UNKNOWN. THE CURRENT MILEAGE IS 1,200 AND FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 400.
