TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2002 KAWASAKI NOMAD 1500CC. WHILE DRIVING, THE REAR TIRE ON THE VEHICLE BECAME UNSEATED FROM THE WHEEL, WHICH CAUSED THE CONTACT TO CRASH ALONG WITH A PASSENGER. BOTH THE CONTACT AND PASSENGER SUSTAINED INJURIES. THE PASSENGER'S INJURIES WERE MINOR AND THE CONTACT BROKE HIS COLLAR BONE IN SEVEN PLACES AND UNDERWENT SURGERY. THE VEHICLE WAS TRANSPORTED ON A TRAILER TO HIS HOMETOWN. HE TOOK THE VEHICLE TO A KAWASAKI DEALER FOR A REPAIR ESTIMATE. WHEN THE DEALER TOOK THE VEHICLE OFF THE TRAILER, AIR WAS PLACED AND REMAI…
