PH WHEN THE CONSUMER HAD TAKEN THE VEHICLE IN FOR REPAIRS IN ORDER TO PASS INSPECTION, IT BROUGHT ABOUT NEW VIOLATION(S). THE CONSUMER NOTICED THAT THE DRIVER SIDE SEAT BELT WAS DAMAGED AFTER RECEIVING REPAIRS, WHICH WASN'T DAMAGED PRIOR TO. SCC
