The contact owns a 2026 Jayco Jay Flight Alante Travel Trailer. The contact stated that while in the camper near the dinette area, the back of the seat was loose. Upon further inspection, the contact became aware that the frame was detaching. The contact stated there were only staples holding the seat together. There was no glue used in the construction of the seats. The local dealer was contacted, but the vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was contacted and opened a case. The failure mileage was unknown.
