VEHICLE EQUIPPED WITH A LEVER ON THE CENTER CONSOLE TO ELECTRONICALLY SET THE EMERGENCY BRAKES RATHER THAN THE MORE TYPICAL SPRING LOADED FOOT PEDAL USED TO SET THE BRAKE. *PH THE CONSUMER WAS UNAWARE OF THIS UNTIL ONE DAY WHILE DRIVING AT 60 MPH ALL FOUR WHEELS LOCKED UP AND THE VEHICLE SKIDDED TO A STOP. *JB

PROBLEMS WITH 2004 JAGUAR XJ8 TRANSMISSION.*MR TRANSMISSION FLUID WAS LEAKING DUE TO A FAULTY OUTPUT FLANGE AND SEAL. THE TRANSMISSION ALSO LEAKED. THE CONSUMER RESEARCHED THE NHTSA WEBSITE AND FOUND TWO RECALL. ONE WAS FOR THE AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION AND THE OTHER ONE WAS FOR THE FRONTAL AIR BAGS. THE CONSUMER WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF HER VEHICLE IS PART OF OR POTENTIALLY COULD BE PART OF THE SAFETY RECALL. *NM

THE POWER WINDOW ON DRIVER'S SIDE STOPPED OPERATING WHILE IN THE UP POSITION. VEHICLE STALLED ON TWO OCCASIONS WHILE DRIVING AT 35 MPH AND 65 MPH. VEHICLE RESTARTED ON BOTH OCCASIONS, AND THE VEHICLE WOULD VIBRATE SEVERELY WHILE DRIVING 50 MPH.
