WAITING IN FAST FOOD SERVICE LINE; VEHICLE GEARSHIFT IN "DRIVE" FOOT ON BRAKE; CAR IDLING SLOWLY BUT SUDDENLY REVVED VIOLENTLY AND LURCHED FORWARD; JAMMED BRAKES; REAR TIRES SPINNING, SMOKING; FOOT DEFINITELY DIDNOT ACCIDENTALLY ENGAGE GAS PEDAL;SHIFTED CAR GEARSHIFT TO "NEUTRAL." I WAS STOPPED AT A STOP SIGN. TOOK MY FOOT OFF THE BRAKE...ENGINE REVED..SLAMMED ON THE BRAKE , BUT NOT BEFORE I IT HIT THE VEHICLE I FRONT. SUDDEN UNINTENDED ACCELERATION. SECOND TIME .
