ON SOME VEHICLES, A METAL COMPONENT CALLED A BUSHING, WHICH HOLDS THE MIRROR IN A FIXED POSITION, COULD CRACK OR BREAK DUE TO IMPROPER MACHINING OF THE LOWER MIRROR MOUNTING BRACKET. THIS WOULD ALLOW THE MIRROR TO SLIP FROM THE PROPER POSITION.

DUE TO AN INTERFERENCE PROBLEM WITH THE FRONT AXLE BRAKE DRUM MOUNTING BOLTS, THE SPARE WHEEL MAY NOT SEAT SECURELY AGAINST THE HUB WHEN PLACED ON THE FRONT AXLE.
Remedy: DEALER WILL REPLACE THE SPARE RIM WITH A RIM OF THE CORRECT DESIGN. THE PROBLEM SHOULD BE CORRECTED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
