BOUGHT A NEW 2000 CLASS C MOTOR HOME WITH FIRESTONE LT225/75R16E TIRES ON IT. WITH LESS THAN 10000 MILES AND TWO YEARS OLD THE LEFT OUTSIDE TIRE OF MY DUAL TIRES SIDEWALL HAD A BLOW OUT. I PURCHASED THE EXACT SAME TIRE AT A NEAR BY DEALER AND HAVE HAD MY MOTOR HOME SITTING FOR THE LAST 4 MONTHS AND THE SIDEWALLS OF THE TIRES EVEN WITH NO USE ARE BEGINNING TO BULGE AND DISTORT IN COLOR. I AM AFRAID TO EVEN DRIVE IT NOW AND THE ONE TIRE IS NOW LESS THAN A YEAR OLD WITH LESS THAN 4000 MILES ON IT AND IT LOOKS LIKE THE OTHER TIRES I HAVE THAT AR…

THE CONVERTER PRODUCES EXCESSIVE VOLTAGE WHEN LIGHTLY LOADED, A LAMP POWERED BY THE CONVERTER WILL BECOME HOT DURING OVER VOLTAGE AND LIKELY CHAR OR MELT THE FIXTURE SURROUNDING THE LAMP, THE CONVERTER IN THE CONSUMER'S MOTORHOME IS A MODEL 6332 MADE BY MAGNETEK, CONSUMER FEELS THAT BOTH OUTPUTS OF THE CONVERTER SHOULD BE VOLTAGE REGULATED, NOT JUST THE BATTERY OUTPUT. *SLC

VEHICLE DESCRIPTION: CLASS A MOTOR HOMES EQUIPPED WITH SAFETY BELT ASSEMBLIES BUILT BY AM-SAFE. ON SOME SEAT BELTS, THE BUCKLE AND CONNECTOR MAY UNLATCH DURING A COLLISION.
Consequence: SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH COULD OCCUR IF THE VEHICLE OCCUPANT IS NOT PROPERLY RESTRAINED.
Remedy: DEALERS WILL INSPECT AND REPLACE THE DEFECTIVE BUCKLE ASSEMBLIES.

VEHICLE DESCRIPTION: CLASS A MOTOR HOMES EQUIPPED WITH SAFETY BELT ASSEMBLIES BUILT BY AM-SAFE. ON SOME SEAT BELTS, THE BUCKLE AND CONNECTOR MAY UNLATCH DURING A COLLISION.
Consequence: SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH COULD OCCUR IF THE VEHICLE OCCUPANT IS NOT PROPERLY RESTRAINED.
Remedy: DEALERS WILL INSPECT THE LAP BELTS AND, IF NECESSARY, REPLACE IT WITH A NEW BELT ASSEMBLY. OWNER NOTIFICATION BEGAN MAY 25, 2001. OWNERS WHO TAKE THEIR VEHICLES TO AN AUTHORIZED DEALER ON AN AGREED UPON SERVICE DATE AND DO NOT RECEIVE THE FREE REMEDY WITHIN A REASONABLE TIME SHOULD CONTACT AM-SAFE AT 1-219-266-8330 OR WINNEBAGO AT 1-641-585-6939.
