TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 INTERSTATE LOAD RUNNER(NA). THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE LEFT REAR SPRING SHACKLE WAS SPOT WELDED CAUSING IT TO FRACTURE. THE DEALER WAS NO LONGER SELLING THOSE TYPE OF VEHICLES AND REFERRED THE CONTACT TO THE MANUFACTURER. THE MANUFACTURER WAS AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE CURRENT AND FAILURE MILEAGES WERE UNKNOWN. THE VIN WAS UNAVAILABLE.
