THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE CLOCK SPRING NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE VIN WAS NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY OR RECALL. The contact owns a 2013 Hyundai Elantra GT. The contact stated while driving at an undisclosed speed, the horn became inoperable. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic to be diagnosed. The vehicle was diagnosed, and it was determined that the clockspring needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not yet repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was unknown.

The contact owns a 2013 Hyundai Elantra GT. The contact stated while driving at an undisclosed speed, the contact heard an abnormal clicking sound coming from the steering wheel. The contact stated after doing research, he determined that the MDSP coupler vehicle was fractured. The contact was informed that the MDSP coupler needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired by an independent mechanic or dealer. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 75,000.
