Hyundai Translead is recalling certain 2026 Translead vehicles. The cylinder pin in the slide liftgate may be insufficiently lubricated, which can cause the pin to seize, resulting in lift gate failure.
Consequence: A lift gate that fails during operation increases the risk of injury.
Remedy: Owners are advised not to drive their vehicles until they have been repaired. Hyundai Translead will replace the lift gate cylinder pins, free of charge.
