TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 SURE TRAC HYDRAULIC DUMP TRAILER. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE REAR GATE FAILED TO SECURELY LOCK. ALSO WHILE THE CONTACT WAS USING THE DUMP SPREAD, THERE WAS A LOUD ABNORMAL POPPING NOISE HEARD. IN ADDITION, THE RAMP RETRAINING RAIL THAT WAS ATTACHED TO THE BARN DOORS EXHIBITED HAS SHARP EDGES THAT CAUSED LACERATIONS TO THE CONTACT'S HAND. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A DEALER WHERE IT WAS ADVISED THAT THERE WAS NO FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND OFFERED A BUY BACK. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED…
