TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 1982 HONDA TOURING MOTORCYCLE. THE VEHICLE HAS CS HIGH DASH MAX TIRES, SIZE 140/19/R16 (NA). WHILE INSPECTING THE VEHICLE, THE CONTACT NOTICED THAT THE EXTERIOR SIDEWALL WAS CRACKED ON BOTH TIRES. HE CHECKED THE TIRE PRESSURE AND TREAD AND CONCLUDED THAT BOTH WERE NORMAL. HE STILL HAS POSSESSION OF THE TIRES. THE MANUFACTURER DID NOT PROVIDE ANY ASSISTANCE. THE VIN WAS UNKNOWN. THE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGES WERE 647.
