ON 10/02/06, I PURCHASED A DUAL PURPOSE (ENDURO) MOTORCYCLE, ROKETA TERMINATOR 150 GY, FROM A DEALER WITHIN SOUTH FLORIDA. THE DEALER INDICATED THAT THE MOTORCYCLE HAD A 3 MONTH WARRANTY WITH HIM AND A 6 MONTH WARRANTY WITH THE ROKETA MANUFACTURER AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE. THE MOTORCYCLE ONLY HAS 27 MILES OF STREET RIDING AND SINCE THE VERY FIRST DAY OF PURCHASE, THE GEARS COULD BE SHIFTED FROM FIFTH TO FIRST GEAR WHILE IT WAS BEING OPERATED. AT FIRST, I DID NOT PAY ANY ATTENTION TO THE UNSAFE CONDITION. HOWEVER, NOW I HAD TO STOP RIDING TH…
