THIS VEHICLE WOULD MAKE UNCOMFORTABLE NOISE AT A SPEED OF ROUGHLY 55 MPH. WHEN I WAS TRAVELING ON HIGHWAY AND CRUISE AT AROUND 55 MPH, THERE WAS A CHANCE THAT I CAN HEAR A NOISE BUILDING UP. THIS NOISE FELT LIKE ENGINE SPINNING AT 2000-3000 RPMS BUT I COULDN'T DETERMINE WHAT EXACTLY IT WAS. I AM SAYING 'BUILDING UP' BECAUSE THIS NOISE WOULD BECOME LOUDER AND LOUDER WITHIN THE NEXT FEW SECONDS, TO A LEVEL THAT MADE ME AND PASSENGER UNCOMFORTABLE. THEN I WOULD EITHER DECELERATE OR ACCELERATE A BIT AND THE NOISE JUST WENT AWAY ABRUPTLY. IT DIDN'…

FROM BEING STOPPED AT A STOP LIGHT, I THEN PROCEEDED THROUGH THE INTERSECTION ONCE THE LIGHT TURNED GREEN. THERE WAS A STEEL CONSTRUCTION ROAD PLATE ON THE ROAD JUST BEYOND THE FAR SIDE OF THE INTERSECTION AND AS I APPROACHED IT AT APPROX 25MPH, THE EMERGENCY BRAKING WARNING SIGNAL ON THE DASH CAME ON AND THE CAR AUTONOMOUSLY BRAKED HEAVILY TO A STOP JUST BEFORE THE ROAD PLATE. THERE WERE NO CARS OR OBJECTS IN FRONT OF ME OTHER THAN THE STEEL ROAD PLATE. THIS HEAVY BRAKING RESULTED IN MY VEHICLE BEING REAR ENDED BY AN SUV. FORTUNATELY NO ONE WA…
