TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 HONDA ACCORD FHEV. WHEN THE CONTACT PRESSED THE ENGINE START BUTTON, A CLICK SOUND WAS HEARD, BUT THE VEHICLE DID NOT START. THERE WERE NO WARNING INDICATORS ILLUMINATED. THE CONTACT WAITED A FEW MINUTES AND THE VEHICLE STARTED NORMALLY. AFTER APPROXIMATELY AN HOUR AND A HALF, THE CONTACT ATTEMPTED TO RESTART THE VEHICLE, BUT WAS UNSUCCESSFUL. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO HONDA OF DOWNTOWN CHICAGO (1111 N CLARK STREET, CHICAGO, IL 60610) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE STARTER NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN…
