WHILE OPERATING THE RV UNDER NORMAL CONDITIONS, I OBSERVED POSSIBLE DAMAGE TO THE FRONT CAP, I.E. THE CAP COMING LOOSE FROM THE MAIN BODY. UPON HAVING IT EXAMINED BY A LOCAL RV DEALER IT WAS FOUND THAT THE FRONT FRAME HAD CRACKED IN SEVERAL PLACES ON BOTH SIDES. THE LOCAL DEALER STATED THAT DUE TO THE LOCATION AND EXTENT OF THE CRACKS, BEHIND THE SIDE WALLS, THE DAMAGE WAS NOT REPAIRABLE. THE FRAME MANUFACTURE AND THE RV CORPORATION DEALER STATED THEY WERE GOING TO SEND A REPAIR PERSON OUT AND WELD THE FRAME IN ORDER TO REPAIR THE FRAME. THE …

WE REPLACED OUR REFRIGERATOR FOR A NORCOLD 1210 IM S# 27828629 COOLING UNIT S#27825781 IN SEPTEMBER 2017. THIS UNIT HAS BEEN USED ABOUT 3 MONTHS SINCE THAT TIME. ON 6/27/19 I NOTICED WATER UNDER IT AND INVESTIGATED ITS SOURCE. FOUND PIN HOLES IN A WELD UNDERNEATH THE LEVELING CHAMBER SPEWING AMMONIA. I CONTACTED NORCOLD AND WAS TOLD SINCE IT WAS 7 MONTHS OUT WARRANTY THEY DO NOTHING. THIS IS A SAFETY ISSUE, I SMELT NO AMMONIA JUST SAW WHAT I THOUGH WAS WATER. THIS UNIT COSTS OVER 4000 NEW AND FOR IT NOT TO LAST 2 YEARS IS RIDICULOUS. I F…
