CRACK APPEARED ON FRONT LEFT SIDE OF ROOF IN THE TRANSITION AREA OF THE TRAILER WALL. CALLED THE MANUFACTURER ABOUT ISSUE. THEY CLAIMED THAT THEY HAD OTHER COMPLAINTS ON THESE MODELS IN THE PAST AND THEY REALIZED THE FRAME WAS NOT STRONG ENOUGH CAUSING THE TRAILER TO FLEX. THEIR FIX TO THE PROBLEM WAS TO WELD ADDITIONAL MATERIAL TO THE STRUCTURE WHILE THE TRAILER WAS UNDER WARRANTY. HOWEVER, OUR TRAILER IS OUT OF WARRANTY AND THEY WOULD NOT FIX THE ISSUE. THEY TOLD US THAT WE COULD EVEN DO THE WORK OURSELVES AND GAVE US DIRECTIONS ON HOW T…
