REAR BRAKES LOCKED UP, THROWING DRIVER TO GROUND AND INTO REAR OF A PICKUP TRUCK. SECOND INCIDENT, BRAKE DID NOT LOCK UP, BUT BRAKES WERE DRAGGING VERY HARD AND BRAKES CAUGHT ON FIRE.
