TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 HARLEY DAVIDSON FXDSE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE STALLS DURING DECELERATION. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 5 MPH, THE LOCK STEERING DETACHED FROM THE VEHICLE. WHILE APPROACHING A STOP, THE VEHICLE STALLED AND CAUSED THE CONTACT TO FALL AND BREAK HIS FOOT. THE DEALER REPLACED THE OEM BOARD MODULE; HOWEVER, THE FAILURE RECURRED TWO DAYS LATER. HE TOOK THE VEHICLE BACK TO THE DEALER AND THEY REPLACED THE GAS TANK AND THE HANDLE BARS. A WEEK LATER, THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE CONTACT FILED A COMPLAINT WITH TH…
