TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2019 HARLEY-DAVIDSON ROAD GLIDE (FLTRXS). WHILE DRIVING 50 MPH, THE VEHICLE DOWNSHIFTED AND MADE GRINDING NOISES. ALSO, ON TWO DIFFERENT OCCASIONS, THE TRANSMISSION FLUID WAS LOW. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO ZYLSTRA HARLEY-DAVIDSON (19600 EVANS ST NW, ELK RIVER, MN 55330, [phone removed]) WHERE THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT IT WAS A KNOWN FAILURE AND THE REPAIR WAS TO INSTALL A VENT KIT TO STOP THE FLUID FROM LEAKING INTO THE PRIMARY CASE.
