Owner report 11671058 · 2025-07-03 (July 3, 2025)

I am looking for help in reporting an issue. I have been told by my dealership they understand it is a problem; however, there is nothing they can do about it even though it is a safety issue. My motorcycle has been prematurely canceling the turn signals, prior to a partial/full turn since the date of purchase [XXX]. Nearly every time the left/right turn signals were activated, in a straight away and at a relative constant speed, they would turn off after 2, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 12, 14, 15 or 18 blinks. There is no pattern to the number of t…

Owner report 11678416 · 2025-08-05 (August 5, 2025)

This is a Safety Concern with the Skyline OS, the software that runs on the motorcycle. Most users use Apple CarPlay or equivalent for navigation on the motorcycle. For the Apps to work, you must have a headset connected to the motorcycle via Bluetooth. The Bluetooth system is not reliable and has constant disconnects. Sometimes it will work great, most times it does not. When you lose connection from the headset, you lose navigation. I recently traveled around Lake Superior and found my self wanting to try to reconnect while riding, watching …

Owner report 11693393 · 2025-10-14 (October 14, 2025)

I recently purchased, 9/12/2025, a 2025 Harley FLTRX. The turn signals operate erratically. When approaching a turn I energize the appropriate turn signal and it may or may not stay on for more than 3-4 seconds before reaching the turn. I am trying to concentrate on the traffic and not looking to see if my turn signal is still energized. I recently had a near miss with another vehicle due to this issue. I spoke to the dealership and Harley Davidson Motor Company and they are not aware of any turn signal issues. I have been monitoring this issue…

Owner report 11728405 · 2026-03-31 (March 31, 2026)

The 2025 Road Glide throttle is malfunctioning. The bike is 5 days old. The throttle is hyper-sensitive. It also is inconsistent in power even when the throttle is held steady it will surge. The bike will tend to pop forward - lurch ahead at slow speeds, especially when coming to a stop. At times the bike will also not reach idle, it races to 2100 RPM and stays at that level at a complete stop. The bike throttle is not in the drivers control and feels very unsafe.

Owner report 11747469 · 2026-06-30 (June 30, 2026)

Due to a known manufacturing issue the coil pack wiring was faulty on my motorcycle. It happened twice while I was out riding and both times the motorcycle shut down unexpectedly on me. The second time was almost catastrophic but I was able to ride in neutral to a breakdown lane. I bought the bike in July 2025 and the first issue I had was in august 2025. The issue was brought in, resolved and then a few days later the issue happened again and was once again serviced and resolved in accordance with the Harley Davidson service bulletin. The issu…

Recall history

1 distinct campaigns affect this selection. Announcement dates below are different from vehicle model years. A campaign may cover multiple years.

26V270000 · Engine And Engine Cooling:Exhaust System:Emission Control:Crankcase (Pcv)

Reported: 2026-04-28 (April 28, 2026)

Harley-Davidson Motor Company (Harley-Davidson) is recalling certain 2024-2026 FLTRX, FLHX, 2025-2026 FXBR, FLFB, 2025 FLHXU, 2026 FLTRXL, FLTRT, FLHXL, and FLHLT motorcycles built with an Airbox Baseplate (part number 29000373). The airbox backplate breather port may be blocked, allowing pressure to build up inside the crankcase.

Consequence: When the dipstick is removed while the crankcase is pressurized, oil may eject from the fill spout, increasing the risk of injury.

Remedy: Dealers will inspect the breather port, and if the port is blocked, repair the blockage, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed May 14, 2026. Owners may contact Harley-Davidson customer service at 1-800-258-2464. Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs) involved in this recall became searchable on NHTSA.gov April 16, 2025. Harley-Davidson's number for this recall is 0193.
