THERE IS ALSO NO MENTION OF MAINTENANCE OR INSPECTION REQUIREMENTS IN OWNERS MANUAL/MAINTENANCE INTERVALS. WHEN REMOVING SEAT, LEFT SIDE ANGLE BRACKET THAT HOLDS SCREW, (1/4-20 THUMB SCREW), FELL TO FLOOR. THIS BRACKET WAS RIVETED TO THE PLASTIC SEAT PAN, IN A TRIANGULAR PATTERN. THE BRACKET, RIVETS, AND PLASTIC, ABOUT THE SIZE / SHAPE OF A NICKEL, FELL OUT IN ONE PIECE. THERE ARE SPIDER CRACKS IN THE SEAT PAN AROUND THE HOLE ON THE LEFT SIDE AND ON THE RIGHT SIDE BRACKET ASSEMBLY AREA ALSO.
