TL* - THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 HARLEY DAVIDSON TOURING MOTORCYCLE, ELECTRIC GLIDE. WHILE DRIVING AT 60 MPH THE CONTACT DISENGAGED THE THROTTLE TO SLOW THE VEHICLE DOWN AND AT 45 TO 55 MPH THE MOTORCYCLE ACCELERATED, SURGED, INCREASED THE SPEED ,AND THEN SLOWED DOWN. THE CONTACT CALLED THE DEALER AND THEY HAVE NO KNOWLEDGE OR REMEDY FOR THIS PROBLEM. THE CONTACT IS REQUESTING SAFETY RECALL/BULLETIN INFORMATION. THERE WERE NO RELATED RECALLS ON THE NHTSA WEBSITE. THE MOTORCYYCLE WAS UNSAFE TO DRIVE. *AK UPDATED 02/16/07. *JB
