TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2019 HARLEY-DAVIDSON FLHR. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE CLUTCH FAILED TO PROPERLY STOP THE MOTORCYCLE. THE FRONT BRAKE HAD TO BE APPLIED TO PREVENT A CRASH. ALSO, THE MOTOR STALLED THREE TIMES WHILE AT A STOP THEN IT QUIT COMPLETELY. THE DEALER (M & S HARLEY-DAVIDSON, 60 FALLING SPRING RD, CHAMBERSBURG, PA 17202, [phone removed]) REPLACED THE PART AND STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS EXCLUDED FROM NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 18V734000 (POWER TRAIN); ALTHOUGH THE FAILURE WAS SIMILAR. THE MOTORCYCLE WAS REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS …

2019 HARLEY DAVIDSON FLHR. CONSUMER WRITES IN REGARD TO CLUTCH ACTUATOR FAILURE. THE CONSUMER STATED THE VEHICLE FAILED DUE TO A PINHOLE IN THE ACTUATOR. THE CONSUMER BELIEVED THE VEHICLE SHOULD HAVE BEEN INCLUDED IN THE 2019 HYDRAULIC CLUTCH ACTUATOR RECALL.
