MOTOR HOME WINDSHIELD SHIFTED OVER A HALF AN INCH AND COULD POP OUT AT ANY TIME WHILE DRIVING. MANUFACTURER INDICATED THAT DUE TO THE MOTOR HOME BEING OVER 7 YEARS OLD THE RUBBER GASKET COULD HAVE HARDENED, BUT UPON INSPECTION, THE RUBBER GASKET WAS SOFT. MOTOR HOME WAS STILL BEING INSPECTED BY THE DEALERSHIP TO DETERMINE THE CAUSE OF THE WINDSHIELD FAILURE. SERIAL #52-3A832LFS25302.*AK

VEHICLE DESCRIPTION: MOTOR HOME CHASSIS. THE WELDS WHERE THE LIQUID PROPANE (LP) GAS TANK BRACKETING JOINS THE FLOOR TRUSSES MAY NOT BE ADEQUATE.
Consequence: IN THE EVENT THAT THESE WELDS WOULD FAIL, THE LP GAS TANK COULD BECOME DISLODGED FROM THE MOTOR HOME POSSIBLY RESULTING IN PROPERTY DAMAGE, PERSONAL INJURY, OR DEATH.
Remedy: THIS RECALL HAS BEEN SUPERCEDED BY RECALL NO. 02V-128.
