RODENT ENTERED INTO THE MOTORHOME, THE CONSUMER STATED THAT THE RODENT ENTRY WAS PROBABLY DUE TO DESIGN OR MANUFACTURING DEFECT AND A DEFECTIVE SLIDEOUT SEAL, WHICH WAS REPLACED PLUS SOME FOAM ON THE UNDERSIDE OF THE COACH. YH

THE AWNING FOR THE SLIDE-OUT ROOM CAN UNFURL OR UNROLL DURING TRANSIT CAUSING THE BRACKET TO RIP FREE OF THE SIDEWALL OF THE VEHICLE.
Consequence: THE AWNING COULD BREAK LOOSE WHILE THE VEHICLE IS IN MOTION RESULTING IN A VEHICLE ACCIDENT AND PERSONAL INJURY.
Remedy: CAREFREE OF COLORADO IS CONDUCTING THE OWNER NOTIFICATION AND REMEDY CAMPAIGN FOR THIS RECALL. DEALERS WILL INSTALL ARM LOCKS, ANTI-BILLOW STUDS AND BRACKETS AS WELL AS WIND DEFLECTORS ON THESE AWNINGS.
