Owner report 10225449 · 2008-04-23 (April 23, 2008)

Owner report 10399946 · 2011-05-10 (May 10, 2011)

WE OWN A GULF STREAM INNSBROOK EQUIPPED WITH A DOMETIC MODEL RM 2652 REFRIGERATOR. WE RECEIVED THE RECALL INFORMATION AND WATCHED THE REFRIGERATOR FOR SIGNS LISTED IN THE RECALL. IT BEGAN TO SHOW THE SIGNS LISTED AND FAILED TO WORK AS SOON AS THOSE SIGNS BECAME PRESENT. WE TOOK THE CAMPER TO A CERTIFIED DEALER WHO SUBMITTED THE INFORMATION TO DOMETIC, THEY REFUSED TO HONOR THE RECALL DUE TO THE FAILURE. WE WERE TOLD THE UNIT FAILED DUE TO THE FATIGUE CRACK. I FIND IT RIDICULOUS THAT DOMETIC CAN ISSUE A RECALL THAT SAYS THEY PRODUCED A FAULT…
