TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 GREAT DANE SUPER SEAL SEMI TRAILER. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 70 MPH, BOTH REAR SLIDER AXLE PINS DISENGAGED. THE CONTACT WAS ABLE TO MANEUVER TO THE SIDE OF THE ROAD AND RESUMED OPERATION. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN AUTHORIZED DEALER WHERE THE SLIDE VALVE WAS REPLACED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE DEFECT. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 400,000.
