TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 GRAND JUNCTION 335TRL. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE REAR SPRING AXLE BRACKETS WERE BENT AND SHIFTED THE REAR AXLE OUT OF ALIGNMENT FROM THE FRONT AXLE. HE NOTICED THAT THE TIRES WERE WEARING UNEVENLY. HE NOTIFIED THE DEALER AND THEY STATED THAT THERE WERE NO RECALLS AVAILABLE; HOWEVER, THEY WERE AWARE OF THE DEFECT AND WERE AWAITING THE PARTS. THE VEHICLE HAS BEEN AT THE DEALER SINCE THE TIME OF THE DEFECT. THE VEHICLE THAT TOWS THE FIFTH WHEEL IS A 2008 FORD F-350. THE CURRENT AND FAILURE MILEAGES WERE 6,000. N…

CONSUMER SLIPPED AND FELL CAUSING BACK & NECK INJURY. CONSUMER IS CONCEREND THAT 8-1/2" DEPTH OF STAIRS BETWEEN FORWARD SLEEPING QUARTERS AND KITCHEN AREA IS NOT ADEQAUTE AND/OR CONSISTENT WITH DESIGN STANDARDS OBSERVED IN OTHER RVS THAT CONSUMER HAS INSPECTED AND/OR IS NOT STANDARD. SYSTEM CONSISTS OF 2 STAIRS AND LANDING. OCCURRED WHILE CAMPING IN BROOKING OREGON. --- MODEL 37QSL, 37 FOOT TRAILER
