TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 1997 GOLDRUSH 5TH WHEEL TRAILER, WITH HERCULES TERRA TRAC TIRES, SIZE L215/85/R16-10. THE REPLACEMENT TIRES WERE PURCHASED ON JULY 14, 2007. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 60-65 MPH HE HEARD A NOISE AND DROVE ONTO THE EMERGENCY LANE AND OBSERVED THAT THE TREAD WAS SEPARATING FROM THE FRONT TIRE. HE REPLACED THE TIRE WITH A SPARE. THE FAILURE OCCURRED ON MAY 30, 2010 AND ON JUNE 27, 2010 WHILE DRIVING 60-65 MPH A SECOND MIDDLE TIRE TREAD ALSO SEPARATED. HE ALSO REPLACED THAT TIRE WITH A SPARE. THE CONTACT NOTIFIED THE MANUFAC…
