REAR DOOR HANDLE BECAME STIFF AND HARD TO OPEN WITHIN MONTHS OF PURCHASE. THE DEALERSHIP WAS NOT ABLE TO FIX IT PROPERLY. OVER THE FOLLOWING TWO YEARS THE PROBLEM BECAME PROGRESSIVELY WORSE AND NOW THE HANDLE IS CRACKING. WE CANNOT USE THE BACK DOOR ANYMORE. I HAVE SINCE DISCOVERED THAT THIS WAS A COMMON PROBLEM WITH THIS MODEL VAN EXTENDING BACK TO 1993. (TSB#020864013)

I WAS DRIVING THE VEHICLE AND APPLIED THE BRAKES FOR A RED LIGHT. THE BRAKES FAILED TO RESPOND AND ACTUALLY SURGED CAUSING ME TO HIT THE PERSON IN FRONT OF ME AND RESULTED IN AN ACCIDENT. THE BRAKES ARE LOCKING AND BURNING. TOOK VEHICLE TO DEALER AND THEY CANNOT FIND THE PROBLEM. THEY SAY IT NEEDS BRAKES BUT I HAD THE BRAKES CHECKED BY A MECHANIC AND I KNOW THAT IT IS NOT THE PROBLEM.
