WHILE DRIVING CONSUMER HEARD A NOISE COMING FROM OUTSIDE OF THE VEHICLE. DRIVER PULLED OVER TO INSPECT THE VEHICLE, WHEN WITHOUT WARNING ,THE VEHICLE ROLLED BACKWARDS ON A SLIGHT DECLINING RAMP. CONSUMER WAS ABLE TO JUMP IN TO THE VEHICLE TO STOP IT FROM ROLLING. CONSUMER STATED THAT THE HYDRAULIC PUMP FAILED. *AK UPON FURTHER INSPECTION OF THE PUMP THE CONSUMER FOUND THE FLUID CONTAMINATED WITH WATER AND ROAD SILT DUE TO A DEFORMED PLASTIC FLUID RESERVOIR. THE CONSUMER HAS THE OLD PART IN HIS POSSESSION. *NM
