DT: THE CONTACT STATED WHILE DRIVING HE DEPRESSED THE BRAKE PEDAL TO STOP THE VEHICLE AND ANTI LOCK BRAKES KICKED IN AND OUT. INSTEAD OF STOPPING IT WILL JUST SLOWED THE VEHICLE DOWN.
