TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2019 FOREST RIVER SHOCKWAVE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT AN ATTEMPT WAS MADE BY HIM TO CHANGE THE OIL IN THE TRAILER HOWEVER, HE DISCOVERED THAT THERE WAS A DISTANCE BETWEEN THE GENERATOR AND THE OIL FILTER. DUE TO THE DISTANCE, THE OIL FILTER COULD NOT BE REMOVED TO REPLACE THE OIL. THE CONTACT STATED THAT HE HAD TO UNBOLT THE GENERATOR FROM THE FRAME OF THE TRAILER TO REMOVE THE OIL FILTER AND REPLACE THE OIL. THE CONTACT THEN CALLED AN INDEPENDENT RV DEALER WHERE HE PURCHASED THE TRAILER AND THE DEALER INFORMED THE MANUFAC…
