TOOK TRAILER TO DEALER FOR SERVICE. DEALER FOUND LARGE CRACKS IN FRAME ON LEFT IN FRONT OF WHEELS WHERE SLIDE ROOM MECHANISM PASSES THROUGH FRAME. FRAME IS BENT AND UNSTABLE, UNSAFE TO BE TOWED ON HIGHWAY WITHOUT RISK OF SUDDEN COMPLETE COLLAPSE AND LOSS OF CONTROL OF TRAILER AND TOW VEHICLE. TRAILER WAS NEVER IN AN ACCIDENT. FRAME BROKE SPONTANEOUSLY. THERE WAS NO WARNING OF THIS POTENTIALLY CATASTROPHIC FLAW.
