The contact owns a 2019 Forest River No Boundaries RV. The contact stated that while driving approximately 25 MPH, the spare tire located on the front driver’s side corner of the RV detached from the RV. After stopping the RV, the spare tire was retrieved. The cause of the failure was not yet determined. The local dealer and manufacturer were notified of the failure, but no assistance was provided. The VIN was not available. The failure mileage was 1,000.
