TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 FOREST RIVER COLUMBUS TRAVEL TRAILER, MODEL NO. CMF3600TH. THE TRAILER WAS ATTACHED TO A 2011 DODGE RAM 2500. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE FLOOR INSIDE THE TRAILER BEGAN TO SOFTEN. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE FLOOR SEEMED TO CAVE IN. THE TRAILER DEALER WAS NOT CONTACTED. THE TRAILER WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER STATED THAT BAD WOOD WAS USED ON THE FLOORING OF THE TRAILER. THE REPAIR WOULD COST A FEE. THE VIN WAS NOT PROVIDED. THERE WAS NO FAILURE MILEAGE.
