DT: 2000 FORD F 150 CAUGHT FIRE WITH THE ENGINE RUNNING. THE CONSUMER WAS DRIVING FOR A PERIOD OF ABOUT 30-45 MINUTES AND HAD STOPPED AT A TRAFFIC LIGHT AND NOTICED SMOKE COMING FROM UNDERNEATH THE HOOD. THE CONSUMER PULLED INTO A PARKING LOT AND LIFTED THE HOOD, WHITE SMOKE WAS POURING FROM UNDER HOOD. THE CONSUMER PUT THE FIRE OUT. THE CONSUMER TOOK THE VEHICLE TO THE DEALERSHIP WHERE IT WAS PURCHASED.
