1997 FORD F800. CONSUMER WRITES IN REGARDS TO SAFETY RECALL REPAIR ISSUES *TGW THE CONSUMER WAS INFORMED TO CONTACT THE DEALERSHIP TO MAKE THE NECESSARY ARRAIGNMENTS FOR THE RECALL WORK. HOWEVER, THE DEALER INFORMED HIM THEY WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO DO THE WORK, BECAUSE THEY WOULD NOT GET REIMBURSE. THE CONSUMER CALLED THE SERVICE CENTER BACK AND ADVISED THEM, HE WOULD LIKE TO SCHEDULE THE REPAIR WITH THEM. THE SERVICE CENTER INFORMED THE CONSUMER A FORM WOULD NEED TO BE FILLED OUT, BEFORE THEY COULD SCHEDULE THE WORK. AFTER RETURNING THE FORM ON…
