THE HANGER AND FRAME PREMATURE FAILURE. THE HANGER WELD ON THE TRAILER SO SEVERELY UNDERCUT, ALL HANGERS FOR SUSPENSION WERE RE-WELDED. *BF SMOKE POURED FROM THE WHEEL WELLS ON BOTH SIDES OF THE TRAILER. BOTH REAR SPRING HANGERS FAILED AT THE RAILS AND ALLOWED THE REAR AXLE TO ROTATE FORWARD AND THE TIRES TO RUB TOGETHER. *SC

TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 1998 FLEETWOOD SAVANNA FIFTH WHEEL. THE VEHICLE IS EQUIPPED WITH A DOMETIC REFRIGERATOR, MODEL NUMBER RM4872 (NA). THE REFRIGERATOR HAS A CRACK IN THE BOILER TUBE AND IS LEAKING AMMONIA ONTO THE TOP OF THE HOT WATER HEATER. THE SMELL MAKES THE OCCUPANTS DIZZY. THE MANUFACTURER STATED THAT DUE TO COMPANY REGULATIONS, THEY WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO ASSIST WITH A MODEL THAT IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RECALL. THEY ADVISED THE CONTACT TO CALL NHTSA.
