2021 Entegra Coach Accolade 37TS, The coach entry door flaps terrible going down the road and you can see out it and we fear it will open. We’ve adjusted and tried about everything except for a magnet only available by manufacture if under warranty. (Ours is not) If not under warranty the magnet is unavailable to RV owners to purchased.

The contact owns a 2021 Entegra Accolade RV. The contact stated while driving 60 MPH, the coach was flexing abnormally. The contact heard abnormal popping sounds from where the coach was attached to the RV cockpit. The contact stated no warning light was illuminated. The contact had taken the RV to a local dealer, where it was diagnosed and determined that the screws used to attach the coach to the cockpit were undersized and needed to be replaced. 22V053000 · Steering:Linkages:Tie Rod Assembly

Reported: 2022-02-02 (February 2, 2022)

Jayco, Inc. (Jayco) is recalling certain 2021-2022 Entegra Coach Accolade, Accolade XL, Jayco Seneca, and Seneca Prestige Class C motorhomes. The tie rod clamps may be loose, which could result in loose tie rod ends that could break or detach.

Consequence: Detached or broken tie rod ends can result in steering loss, increasing the risk of a crash.

Remedy: Daimler Truck dealers will replace the tie rod clamp bolts and nuts, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed March 15, 2022. Owners may contact Jayco customer service at 1-800-283-8267. Jayco's number for this recall is 21V-369.

22V059000 · Steering:Critical Fasteners | Steering:Linkages:Tie Rod Assembly

Reported: 2022-02-03 (February 3, 2022)

Jayco, Inc. (Jayco) is recalling certain 2021-2022 Entegra Coach Accolade, Accolade XL, Jayco Seneca and Seneca Prestige Class C motorhomes. The steering arm and tie rod bolts may have a defective seam that can fracture.

Consequence: A fractured bolt may cause a loss of steering control, increasing the risk of a crash.

Remedy: Daimler Trucks North America will replace the tie rod arm bolts and steering arm bolts, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed March 28, 2022. Owners may contact Jayco customer service at 1-800-283-8267. Jayco's number for this recall is 21V-256/21E029.

22V121000 · Tires:Valve

Reported: 2022-03-03 (March 3, 2022)

Jayco, Inc. (Jayco) is recalling certain 2019-2022 Seneca, Seneca Prestige, Entegra Accolade and Accolade XL motorhomes. The tire valve stem extension for the inner wheel may come into contact with the outer wheel rim opening and become damaged.

Consequence: Damage to the valve stem extension may result in a loss of tire pressure of the inner wheel, increasing the risk of a crash.

Remedy: Daimler Trucks North America, LLC will remove the inner valve stem extension and stabilizer, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed April 28, 2022. Owners may contact Jayco customer service at 1-800-283-8267. Jayco's number for this recall is FL912 21V-921.

23V477000 · Visibility:Windshield Wiper/Washer:Linkages

Reported: 2023-07-12 (July 12, 2023)

Jayco, Inc. (Jayco) is recalling certain 2021-2022 Entegra Coach Accolade, Accolade XL, Jayco Seneca, and Seneca Prestige recreational vehicles. The windshield wipers may fail, resulting in reduced driver visibility.

Consequence: Reduced driver visibility increases the risk of a crash.

Remedy: Dealers will inspect and replace the windshield wiper arms, as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed August 11, 2023. Owners may contact Jayco customer service at 1-800-283-8267.
