When the motorcycle's handlebars are turned right of the 12 o'clock position power shuts off completely until the handlebars are turned back to the 12 o'clock position or further left. This happens regardless if the motorcycle is off with the kick stand out or on while riding and using the throttle. The uploaded file labelled "email 1.pdf" has a YouTube link that shows the problem.
