Recall history

1 distinct campaigns affect this selection. Announcement dates below are different from vehicle model years. A campaign may cover multiple years.

17V649000 · Fuel System, Gasoline:Delivery:Hoses, Lines/Piping, And Fittings

Reported: 2017-10-13 (October 13, 2017)

Eldorado Mobility Inc. (Eldorado Mobility) is recalling certain 2010-2017 Amerivan vehicles. The crimp fasteners that secure the fuel line connectors may not be fully crimped, allowing fuel to leak.

Consequence: A fuel leak in the presence of an ignition source can increase the risk of a fire.

Remedy: Eldorado Mobility will notify owners, and dealers will replace the fuel lines, free of charge. Owners may contact Eldorado Mobility customer service at 1-800-955-9086. Note: This recall supersedes recall 16V222. The recall began on December 5, 2017. Any vehicle previously repaired under that campaign, needs to be remedied again under this campaign.
