TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 DINOMAX TRILOGY RV (N/A). THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE REAR AXLE FAILED WHILE THE DRIVER WAS TRAVELING 70 MPH. THE REAR AXLE BOLTS AND NUTS SEPARATED AND CAUSED THE AXLE TO BECOME TRAPPED IN THE LEVELING JACK, WHICH CAUSED THE BRAKE SYSTEM TO LOCK AND DAMAGE THE UNDER-CARRIAGE AND SIDES. THE CONTACT WAS ABLE COAST ON THE ROAD SHOULDER. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 8,800.
