25 MILES SOUTH OF MIRANDO CITY, TEXAS. TRACTOR TOWING THE MODERN GROUP / DRAGON INDUSTRIES SN: 29134 WAS TRAVELING EAST ON STATE HIGHWAY 16. FORD F150 WITH TOWED UTILITY TRAILER WAS TRAVELING WEST ON STATE HIGHWAY 16. TRACTOR TRAILER FAILED TO YIELD THERE RIGHT OF WAY WHEN TURNING LEFT ONTO FARM ROAD 649.
