THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHO STATED THAT THEY NEEDED TO REPLACE THE WIND MODULE. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED BUT THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT CONTACTED. THE FAILURE AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 32,000. UPDATED 10/10/12*CN THE CONSUMER STATED THERE HAS SINCE BEEN A THIRD FAILURE. UPDATED 10/17/12

THE FAILURE OCCURRED MULTIPLE TIMES. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 40,000.

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 DODGE JOURNEY. THE CONTACT'S VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED FOR THE WIRELESS IGNITION NODE MODULE AND THE ACCOUNT WAS CLOSED BY THE DEALER. SINCE THE RECALL REPAIR, THE HORN SELF-ACTIVATED AND SOUNDED FOR APPROXIMATELY 45 SECONDS. THE FAILURE RECURRED NUMEROUS TIMES. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A MECHANIC, BUT WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE VIN AND NH UNKNOWN. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 57,000.

THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE MANUFACTURER EXCEEDED A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME FOR THE RECALL REPAIR. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE ISSUE. THE VIN WAS UNKNOWN.
