LARGE BLOW OUT IN TREAD AREA ON INSTALLED RV RESULTING IS DAMAGE TO RV WHEEL WELL. ON I 95 IN NC ON 13 SEP. TIRE WAS INFLATED WITH CORRECT PRESSURE AS TIRE PRESSURE MONITOR INSTALL ON ALL THE RV TIRES. IN PROCESS OF HAVING THE TIRE REPLACED AS IT WAS INSTALLED MARCH 2010 AND HAD LESS THAT 2K MILES ON IT. OLD PART IS CURRENTLY AVAILABLE. *TR

CATASTROPHIC TIRE FAILURE (BLOW OUT). TRAILER SERVICE TIRE. THIS IS THE 2ND TIRE THAT FAILED OF THE 4 I PURCHASED IN 2010. FAILURE WAS THE SAME AS THE ONE THAT FAILED IN SEPT 2011. IN BOTH CASES THE TIRE BLOW OUT CAUSED TRAILER WHEEL WELL DAMAGE. MODEL OF TIRE IS DCI-JK42. *TR

CRUISER RV IS RECALLING MY 2003-2006 CRUISER AND LAND ROAMER FIFTH WHEEL TRAVEL TRAILERS EQUIPPED WITH A TWO-DOOR REFRIGERATOR MANUFACTURED BY THE DOMETIC CORPORATION. THE REFRIGERATOR MAY HAVE A DEFECT IN THE BOILER TUBE. PRESSURIZED COOLANT SOLUTION COULD BE RELEASED INTO AN AREA WHERE AN IGNITION SOURCE (GAS FLAME) IS PRESENT.
Consequence: RELEASE OF COOLANT UNDER CERTAIN CONDITIONS COULD IGNITE AND RESULT IN A FIRE.
Remedy: CRUISER RV WILL BE WORKING WITH DOMETIC IN ORDER TO REPAIR THESE REFRIGERATORS (PLEASE SEE 08E032). DOMETIC WILL REPAIR THESE REFRIGERATORS BY INSTALLING A SECONDARY BURN HOUSING, A THERMAL FUSE, AND A MELT FUSE FREE OF CHARGE. DOMETIC HAS RETAINED STERICYCLE INC. TO MANAGE THIS CAMPAIGN. STERICYCLE WILL ASSIST THE OWNER IN LOCATING DEALERSHIPS OR SERVICE CENTERS AND WILL PROVIDE ASSISTANCE WITH SCHEDULING OF APPOINTMENTS.
